Hey there! I'm Eric Groff

I'm the Blending Harmony Real Estate Agent! I work with people in the Miami Valley who have real estate goals. During these past 9 years, I have served many individuals, investors and families (earning referrals and repeat business) who ultimately keep my pipeline of opportunities flowing.

I have a lot of experience in DIY. I actively participate in assisting each of my Sellers with prepping their homes for market. I've earned the SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and the MRP (Military Relocation Professional) Designations. I have flipped a property in 2019; personally financed, managed & executed.

I am blessed to share 28 years of married life with my best friend and with her, I became a father of 2 very incredibly sweet, kind and talented daughters!

When I'm not helping people achieve their real estate endeavors, I can be found weekly on Sunday mornings playing guitar in the choir at church. I also enjoy entertaining as a solo act, singing/playing guitar in restaurants and bars. I am so grateful to share my God given talents with my community.
